3 weight training workouts and 2 cardio workouts a week.
Weight training must be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings. Cardio must be separated by one full day and include a distance of 1.5 miles or 15 minutes of running; or HIIT 1;30x4. Workouts may be skipped in the case of illness, emergencies, or mornings following less than 6 hours of sleep.
