| I* fasted for 2 days. That was a hell of a lot of "No"s to food. I*'m not sure what I* should do now that this commitment is over. It broke flow a lot to do this, but I* think it's valuable to know sometimes what I*'m giving up when I* do something. Maybe develop an app for orthogonal time control? | |

| I*'m pretty consistent at saying no to my list of unactions. But, it's pretty surface level. I*'m not really imagining what I*'m saying no to, and imagining myself turning away from it. It's okay to keep doing that, but that's just my observation. Keep along :) | |
