I've been doing pretty good with walking over the summer. - Average about 10,000 steps per day for the last week. Today, I got a Columbus Community Center summer membership and went to work out. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill followed by weights. The treadmill - (5 min. at 3.0), 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4,3.5 (5 min.at 3.0), 3.1,3.2,3.3,3.4,3.5 (5 min. at 3.0)

Weights - Bicep curls, hammer curls, triceps rope, pec -fly machine, push-ups on Smith press, dumbbell shoulder raises (side, front), lat pull down machine
