							Eat only fresh fruit and non-processed veggies (frozen is okay) and drink only non-sugared liquids for 4 weeks after training for one hour or cycling 10 miles or more, otherwise non-sugared liquid only fast.  AM & PM weight and BP checks required! Off for date night with Mom, birthdays and holidays only if BP 120 over 80 or less!
