Walk every day for a minimum of 6 days a week.
- Walk must occur outside. - Minimum walk is 3 miles (examples include walking to C.O. and back home OR to Dovehouse Parade and back home). Walking to and around work can also be counted. - Count steps using pedometer. Indoor steps only valid if outdoor walk has occurred. - Daily step target is 6,000-8,000 steps (3-4 miles). - Weekly step target is 36,000-48,000 steps (18-24 miles). - If 100% (min. 3 miles) is achieved, I'll have walked 216 miles in 12 weeks! ?
