TawnaChloe commits to:
Following a low AGE diet for one month to improve my skin, how I feel and my long-term health. This means cutting out processed foods, dairy products, alcohol and sugar and avoiding fried food and filling half my plate with vegetables, quarter with protein such as lentils or tofu and another quarter with low AGE carbs like sweet potato, red rice or quinoa.
