Reflection: There's a lot of things weighing on my mind right now. I feel emotionally exhausted. Daily life is that much harder when you question or doubt half the things that are going on. I keep telling myself it's not what I think. Remember to challenge your thinking. I can feel the warnings in my bones. This is not where you're supposed to be again. I choose to be brave and power through this trying time. I choose to be that much kinder to people.

Grateful:
1. I am grateful for being treated out for Afters by Darwin
2. I am grateful for hanging out with my cousins
3. I am grateful for D & N working things out.

Reflection: In 2022 (5 years from now), I want to be finished with school. I want to have found a career in a stable industry. I don't want to be working minimum wage jobs that have chaotic schedules. I want to be able to go to work and leave at the same time. I want a regular schedule of eating and working out. I want a steady routine in my life. I want a boss that is a decent person and knows how to manage at the same time. I want coworkers who are in the same boat of how much you should know at work. I want to enjoy the work that I am doing. I want to be able to support myself and get the finer things that I am unable to afford and enjoy right now. I want to have traveled to at least one of the destinations on my bucketlist. I want to be married. I want to have a simple, semi-casual wedding. I want to live with my significant other. I want to be expecting my first child (towards the end for sure). I want to start working on my family. I want everyone I know to be in good health. I want to have completed at least 50 things on my bucketlist (10 things/year). I see myself living in a cozy home, whether it's an apartment or a house (it's really hard to say if I'll be able to have a house at this time in the future). A small, clean, and minimal place. Furnished enough where it feels warm, but minimal enough to where every place feels calming and peaceful. I still want to be a part of my friends lives right now and wish that they are also doing well in the future. I see myself still playing video games in my free time with my love and friends. I want to have learned how to cook my favorite Filipino dishes, and just learn how to cook in general.

Grateful:
1. I am grateful for developing new and good school habits. Learning how to manage my work into small daily chunks right now will come in handy for time management next semester. I'm only taking one class right now but I will be taking 3 in the spring.
2. I am grateful for my nephew Andre and for my sister expecting another baby!
3. I am grateful for the lawn mowers I hear in the morning that help me meditate. No seriously, it is a sound that I can focus on pretty well.

Reflection: I am calm. I am able to sit down and just enjoy the moment. I observe the world around me, and not get too wound up in negativity. Serenity. No longer doubting or questioning everything, but loving all things wholeheartedly. It's nice when you have a day where no one upsets you, and where you are very sure of yourself. I feel like I am at peace.

Grateful:
1. I am grateful for the relaxing and easy drive today. It did not feel like it was as long as it actually was.
2. I am grateful for the pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. I will have to try the gingerbread latte next time.
3. I am grateful for this exciting season of anime.

Reflection: I woke up feeling like I was being embraced by the universe. There is just something about today that has got me going on the good side. I wanted to send cute little positive messages to some people. I'm hesitating because I feel like it's a little silly, but I'm sure everyone appreciates hearing good things. I want to give everyone a big hug and dance like a fool. Maybe it's too soon to say I'm back to being 100%, but I am doing so, SO much better today.

I'm starting to warm up to my mom again. I initiate some conversations even if they're just small talk. I've been so caught up with myself that I wasn't sure how my mom was doing. I still care for her and want to know that she is doing well. I stopped imposing things on her and I've learned to be content with our relationship as is. No one is perfect.

Grateful:
1. I am grateful for my life.
2. I am grateful for positive/wholesome reminders.
3. I am grateful for my parents taking measures on reducing their bills.
