| Better, but not on target. Just started working again after holiday and I think it will do me good. Had a good weekand and a good yesterday. Will start another weight commitment immediately. | |

| I can report Sun, Mon or Tue (four+ days from today) be 67.0 andI need to. This morning I was 67.1. I hope I can continue with this. | |

Yesterday morning was really bad at 67.9, I have not been that high in ages (if ever, possibly when pregnant). Decided to do 2.5 kilos in 5 weeks (=summer holiday/slow period. Should be doable with decreased stress during these weeks). But then I had a good day yesterday, so this morning was 67.5. Still looking for 2.5 kilos down, so end goal on Aug 13th is 65.0. |
