| Too many outside distractions this week, and I let them keep me from my goal. I need to ignore some of the distractions and sing anyway. | |

| My practice this week was actually helped a little by a couple of long car trips alone. On days I would have otherwise missed the practicing, I was able to drive along singing along with my practice exercises and songs. My posture wasn't great, but it worked out okay. | |

| Twenty-five minutes per day is an amount I should be able to carve out even in the busiest week. I want to see what I can do with regular practice. | |
