Do situps every morning before anything else, three times a week. Workout days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. (Or Monday, Wednesday, Friday depending on schedule).
Lie on the floor but don't press your back into the floor completely. Pick a spot on the ceiling. Don't tuck your chin into your chest. Hands cup your ears. Up exhale, down inhale.
