- Wake up every morning before 9am,
- Record my dreams - Write in my journal setting up a positive intention for the day. - Follow by 10 deep breaths - Quick 3-5 minutes yoga practice - Cup of warm water (eventually adding lemon or ginger) - Healthy breakfast - Shower and getting dressed. - (if staying at home to work; walk outside and walk for 5 minutes.
