| Final week I think and not pleased with the result. But I will start a new commitment and think it will work better once the kitchen is finalised (which is pretty soon). | |

| One week more to go, and it is also a stressful week, after that holiday - will do a restart then. Will just try to not have a total disaster before that | |

| At least 0.5 kg down from last week, and I had a really good walking day yesterday. Felt like the first good day in ages. Then I did soem work in the garden as well. | |

| Not going well, not feeling well, had a lovely trip but way to much stress before, with the planning and the builders in the house. Not having a proper kitchen is tough. I feel really big and heavy now. 67 + is a lot for me and my knees and feet. WIll try to work harder on this. | |
