							Only water, soy milk, tea & non-sugared juice between 4 PM and 8 AM daily. Off date night(s) with Mom. Weigh-in every night/evening when I get home and before I do anything else! Also, when available, drink a "cup" of lemon water before any meal. Review both commitments at least once a day!
