Only water, tea & soy milk unless exercise goals met. Juice after (ride bike at least 10 miles or train at least an hour). Add fruit if ride bike at least 25 miles or train 2 hrs. Add veggies if ride bike 50 miles or train 3 hrs. Off rest of day if 75 miles or 4 hrs. Off date night(s) with Mom & special activities. Off next day on any 100 mile or more cycling day. Please renew this commitment weekly until weight of 155. One day off when reach weight of 167 and again at 159
