Ran 2.18 km Wednesday morning. It's Thursday morning and I'm really groggy but I'm heading out the door anyway cause if I don't go today I won't meet the 3x requirement. Tonight we're going to my aunt's house we'll be back so late that I won't be able to get up tomorrow morning. So it's today and Saturday that I'm doing this. AHHH GROGGINESS SUCKS. But I've never EVER regretted a run. New way of thinking - the one day you wake up and run and regret it or DONT feel the self-gratification, then you're allowed a free pass to not get out of bed another time. I wish that would work lol, what got me out of bed today was this stickk!! |
