							Sun. - Sat. Fruit & juice after exercise commitment met (must ride bike at least 10 miles or train at least an hour). Add raw veggies if ride bike at least 25 miles or train 2 hrs. Off date night(s) with Mom & special activities. Off rest of the day on any 100 mile or more cycling day.  Please renew this commitment weekly until reach weight of 157. One day off when reach weight of 165 and again at 160.
