So that was that. It started well, was better mid, and then deteriorated due to family and own health issues.
At the end, I have lost 1 kg of 5. The plan is now to restart next week after New Years eve. Thursdays suited me well so first report in new goal should be on January 12th. Monday that week is the start for my gym card as well, need to set up a plan for how that should work, together with job planning.

Ah, one week left of the commitment. Hmm, the week of Christmas. So I will try to not go totally overboard with food, and I hope to be able to move around a bit since I am off work. |

Copying from the first post: goal for the second half of 2016, w/the plan of going from 64.7 to 59.8.
I was at 62.1 at the lowest. But now at 63.8. The last month has been really rough with sickness and stress. Bad eating and no exercise, not even regular walks.
I will continue the struggle after Christmas and New Year. I have bought a gym card that starts second week of January. Hope to go below 60 for the first time in many years during first half of next year. |

It has been some rough weeks and it ended up in illness in the family and I got really ill myself. Not well yet, but better. Weight is up up up. Not sure how I can manage this as I feel lack of time in the near future, but will get gym card for free (health grant) and hope to use it. This morning was 63.7 I think. At hotel now after Christmas dinner (work) but that was really good so no bad conscience. |
