I've not gone to the gym, unable to cope with my workload. At this point, all I can do is wait for it all to sort out.

Gym 540 to 640. Health Gyan: Stress, depression, multitasking are a way of life for me. Prioritizing food choices and workouts makes a lot of sense as they help me de-stress. There will be times when nothing will work, but the inclination should be towards good health.

back to Gym after skipping a couple of days due to feeling unwell. Health Gyan: Papayas are cheap, good for digestion, heart, arthritis, skin, diabetes, are internal cleansers, anti-inflammatory, fight cancer and increase immunity. Cold papaya fruit from the fridge is tasty.

Gym, 6 to 7 despite Monday blues. Told myself I can sleep on the treadmill. Health Gyan: Do not take calcium tabs combo with Vit D (d3...wat is that?) without consulting a doc. Opt for natural calcium via almonds, greens, lady's fingers (bhindi), and milk products...or women's horlicks.
