| I've done alot of walking this week and yesterday I went to the gym for the first time since surgery! :-) It was great. | |

| Welp, surgery did it to me, I am officially bed-ridden. I overdid it yesterday with walking alot and I cannot move today... Soon enough I'll be able to exercise again. | |
