Yeah don't go by what the scale says.... go by how you feel when you look in the mirror and just keep on the healthy track. As long as you stay happy, you still feel better about yourself, mind, body and soul. :o)

I think I'm gaining muscle.... Darn scale is making me mad. I'm getting close to alot of definitition on my abs... its weird. I'm done looking at the scale.
