I will eat only when hungry (7 on hunger scale) and stop when full (5-7 on fullness scale) and eat without distractions. I will also use my app to eat slower at meals so I can better feel my hunger. For everyday I am not compliant, I will have to walk 30 minutes on the treadmill.
