| Close shave again- helped only by the fact that I am traveling. Tempted every night at 10pm after a long day. But I guess this habit is necessary because that's all the time I can creat some other personal time from! | |

| Just in the line for 2 days. Feel more clear headed. On the days I failed, sometimes, it will become more than TV, followed by mindless surfing after TV. Better avoid it from the start | |
