Wednesday of Curried Apple Surprise...

wrkinprogrss commits to:
limiting my recreational reading and mp3 listening as follows, today: OK to work on the private Joy Diet Risk Workspace post or 50 Dance Workspace post on LJ. I will wait until at least 6:30pm before I do any audiobook listening or any recreational reading, today, including any other LJ access. I will allow myself to listen to music at any time, but I won't use the mp3 player before 6:30pm.
I will drink herbal tea from the acupuncturist twice, today, making a new batch this evening. I will cook a batch of rice, today. I will practice my equinimity in the available context of job pressures and computer problems. I will attend dance class and participate in Show-and-Tell, doing my best to arrive on time. I will not do any recreational reading or audio listening after 11:15pm, tonight. If I use my 10:45pm internet window, I will not listen to any audio after I get up from the computer, whether that's at 11:15pm or sometime in the previous half hour. My intent will be to be in bed with the lights out by midnight, or preferably earlier, since I need to get up early and travel to the P office, tomorrow.
