							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Must train karate for an hour and ride bike for half an hour each day. If raining, must train karate for 1 and a half hrs/day. If only biking, must ride 1 and a half hours to meet goal. If exercise not complete, then only non sugared liquids. If exercise complete then fruit and veggies. Off for date night, holidays and special events.
