Monday: yoga Tues-Thurs: gym (15-20 min each of cardio/weights/core-stretching) Saturday: stairs, bike ride, or 20 min cardio other, followed by stretching. Also, daily requirements include: adhering to sleep schedule, drinking at least eight glasses of water per day, multivitamin, and no skipping meals - three squares and a mid-day snack!
