							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Must train karate for an hour and ride bike for an hour each day. If raining, must train karate for 2 and a half hrs/day.  If only biking, must ride 3 hours to meet goal.  If exercise not complete, then only water. If exercise complete then fruit and juice. Off for date night.
