I have stuck to this stickk plan word for word every second of between Monday 6 AM December 22nd 2014 and Friday 6 AM January 2nd 2015: NO: sugar (Can have bacon or sausage with sugar in it but no nitrates). No honey (Braggs ok), NO agave, coconut nectar, dates, rice syrup or grains. Starchy veggies and potatoes ok (can have before bed red potato). Can have dairy once a day with a meal not a snack. Can have ghee or butter with all meals. Can have unlimited miso soup and clear broth. All
