10 minutes of Qi Gong a day Star this Commitment

wrkinprogrss commits to:
doing 10 minutes of Qi Gong a day. Any movement or standing exercise that Scott has taught me counts, including the warm-ups, but it needs to be timed and all at one time, each day.

Did 15+ minutes of Qi Gong in the wee hours of this morning, which I'm going to count for yesterday, as I hadn't gone to bed, yet. Not ideal, but I'm still really pleased that I was able to be so regular about this small progress. Thanks for your help!

Terrific! Du er kjempeflink!! = You are doing really well (literally, flink = clever/skilled/good at smth). :o) ...... Also great that you modified the sequence to what your body was telling you.

Did more than 20 minutes of Qi Gong, today--warm-ups and cool-downs, regular sequence through Scholar Opens the Scroll, and added Dog Wags Its Tail out of sequence, because my body liked the idea of that particular stretch. I snuck in a few Qi Gong movements in dance class, last night, too, during the open improvisation part.
