3 1 hour meals with minimum 3 hour break between. No sugar or maple syrup. Can have raw veggies and green drink after 3 hour break as snack food prior to meal. 3 hour breaks consist of only unlimited regular allowed beverages (water, tea, probiotic beverages, broth, booch).
