							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Minimum of 1 hour of karate training daily before eating (minimum 5 hrs/wk or 8 hrs exercise).  After training can eat fruit and raw veggies & legumes.  Only fruit and liquids after 6 PM.  Also must lose minimum 2 lbs/wk for Date night off.  1st week goal into 180s
