							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Must train at least 1 hour each day (min. 5 hrs per week).  After training can eat only fruit and raw veggies for one week.  If no training can only drink liquids (water, juice, decaf tea or soy milk- coffee only if needed for driving)!  Nothing but fruit & liquids after 6 PM
