D, as your referee, I rule that you only have to get down to 154.66 to make the second week's target. That is very doable so do a lot of running and don't eat a lot this weekend. However, for the third week, you do have to get down to 150 to make the goal's final target. That will be a little harder but you can do it!

Okay, it looks like I have to switch to the Marine sergeant motivation instead of the nice guy positive reinforcement which didn't work. C'mon slacker! Now you have 2 weeks to lose 7 pounds instead of 3. Get the lead out and stay away from the desserts and snacks!!
