                     Week 6 of 6 
							ykarate commits to:
						 
							lose 1 lb. / week for the next six weeks or 6 lbs. total during this commitment.  I also commit to exercise at least one hr at least 5 days /wk.  On any day that I haven't met the exercise goal I can only eat fruit.  Once I have met the exercise goal for the day or the week I can eat as per the DASH system.  I am off on Saturday evenings for date night with Mom as long as I have met either the daily or weekly exercise and/or fruit only goal.  Sunday b-fast off if all goals met!
