CALIFORNIA: Feb 24-3/2:
3 meals a day: eat within 1 hour, only 1 restaurant order or Whole Foods purchase (no add ons or eating off other's plates – after 1st bite you eat what is in front of you on your order). 3 hour break minimum between meals. No sugar (exception is bacon), agave, coconut nectar, dates or potatoes, yams or grains. Only snacks allowed: 1 green apple per day, kombucha, probiotic drinks, green powders, or Whole Foods vegetable juicing.
