SRT: Jan 29 thru Feb 3rd: Follow plan with these additions: 3 eating periods a day which are one hour long and consist of one initial restaurant order or one plateful of food. Every day in between these meals can have unlimited apples, raw vegetables, flackers, seasnax, protein shakes and green drinks regardless of time from last meal.
