							ykarate commits to:
						 
							exercise for at least 1 hour a day at least 5 days each week and to eat only fruit and raw veggies unless I have exercised (5 days of exercise is the weekly goal).  If I have met the exercise requirement, then I can eat fruit and veggies.  Can eat anything on date night with Mom or "holidays" as long as I've met the exercise requirement.
