							ykarate commits to:
						 
							eat only fruit and veggies for the next 4 weeks.  1 hour per day of exercise is required to get to veggies.  Only fruit and water or tea (coffee if needed for driving) if I haven't exercised.  Saturday (date night with Mom) is anything night.  Sundays are fruit and veggies only regardless of exercise requirement
