Follow plan from 12 noon Monday Sept 23rd, 2013 until after you start new stickk on Wed Set 25, 2013. Mon L: 3 remaining frozen scallops and veggies or green drink. Nothing but water until 5 PM then have some more green drink. Dinner after pilates: 1 approx 5 oz package ground lamb with veggies/green drink for dinner and then nothing but kombucha, probiotic coconut water and water until Tuesday.
