I commit to eating a diet consisting primarily of healthy fats, vegetables, meats, and fruits low on the glycemic index and load.
I will try to get organic and grown locally if possible. I will take a picture of every meal I eat, and that will be my daily food log. *There is one cheat day available, no carry overs.*
