I must invest three 60-60-30 solutions in high value time into my copywriting business or any business every weekday for 60 days. A 60-60-30 solution counts as long as:
The first "30" includes a 20 minute nap Each of the 60-60-30's are done within 30 minutes of each of other 95% of the time (i.e. 9 of the 60-60-30 solutions may be a little more spread out, if need be) As long as it's based on one of the 30 specific activities that I've delineated as "High Value" (Yeah, I got real specific) Ye
