By 4:45 AM today (Aug 9, 2013), I have invested two 60-60-30's in specifying my goals. For example, I have four pages of smaller than college-rule scale paper filled with the criterion for achieving my "12 Star Mentors" goal. Keep identifying each of my goals in this format for each to these sessions.
Also acceptable: Recording the goal into audio form.
