                     Week 3 of 3 
							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Eat and drink only fruits, raw veggies and non-sugared drinks. As with my last 3 week commitment, I can't eat anything unless I have exercised for an hour on any given day. If I have not exercised and I only drink the permitted liquids, then I'm still on track with this commitment. Bottom line? Exercise first! Date night meal w/Mom and Sunday family meals are permitted if I've been successful the rest of the week! Off for Anniversary with Mom!
