Finally, it's an expected miracle! I am officially able to do push ups without my hand injury aching and with perfect body form. I can do 15 reps at once and soon who knows, 1000 reps are in the vicinity

I tried the awareness meditation. Wow, amazing even with an itch you just notice and do nothing about it, talk about muscle and impulse control

I prefer functional workouts vs. artificial workouts...getting into the rhythm is great
