                     Week 3 of 3 
							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Eat and drink only fruits and non-sugared drinks (100% juices, soy milk, water, Gatorade after exercise, tea and coffee or 5-hour energy as needed for driving).   Here's the catch to this goal: I can't eat anything unless I have exercised for an hour on any given day. If I fast for the day (I can only drink water (and coffee or 5 hour energy if needed for driving), then I'm still on track with this commitment. If I eat and haven't exercised for an hour for the day, then I've blown it!
