Overall, It was a good 8 weeks. I just owe Ku $$ for this last week when I only did 3 workouts, but I really had the time and energy for another. I feel the center of gravity shifting towards the Cashmere job, and my anxiety over starting it. I need to think through a strategy for continuing daily yoga, and 4 cardio workouts each week, even though I'll be working full time. |

Week 7 - Feeling ill, unsuccessful with good reason
Week 8 - unsuccessful, with no excuse. Just too focused on the Cashmere job |

Week 5:
Mon.5/8 - rest
Tues.6/8 - rest
Wed. 7/8 - 30 min. jog/walk (cramped up after 12 min. jogging) :(
Thurs. 8/8 - rest
Fri. 9/8 - full yoga workout
Sat. 10/8 - skiing!!!
Sun. 11/8 - 2 hr. hike (uphill and beautiful!)
A mild week, ending in an active weekend. But I regret not doing my morning yoga routines at all. |

Tues. 30/7 - 45 min.living room aerobics (step & ab circle)
Wed. 31/7 - morning yoga
Thurs. 1/8 - morning yoga, run 25 min.
Fri 2/8 - morning yoga, 45 min. cardio kick
Sat. 3/8 - rock climb
Sun. 4/8 - 30 min. ab circle |
