| Think I missed a day this last period but I started doing crunches first thing out of bed along with meditation so I expect this following period to be successful. | |

| Had one day when I didn't feel well. I had actually forgotten and only remembered as I lay in bed feeling bad. At least I can say I still haven't forgotten! | |
