concentrate on my to-do list items and avoid reading fiction by eye until all of the following are done, even if that's not today:
- laundry sorted and scheduled or started - 30 minutes of exercise - discourage ants from walking around the kitchen, using cleaning products and pressure, as needed - wash up or throw away everything in the kitchen sink - wash the kitchen sink, itself - consider what else needs washing for cookie preparation - wash bathroom sink and at least two pairs of wrist braces - spend 20 minutes planning &/or making end-of-year contributions - email Marilyn or Christine or call/text Jeff B - take one 15-minute Positivity break From 10:32-11:15pm, I will only prepare for bed or do a little journaling or list updating or review while in bed. I will be in bed with the lights out by 11:15pm.

Did these on Saturday the 27th: - laundry sorted and scheduled or started - 30 minutes of exercise - discourage ants from walking around the kitchen, using cleaning products and pressure, as needed - emailed Christine - made progress on kitchen sink backlog Did this on Sunday the 28th: - sorted through some end-of-year contribution requests, but didn't actually make a plan or set of donations, yet I've avoided reading fiction by eye for both days, and got to bed on time on both days, with a little fudging re turning the mp3 player off a few minutes later than 10:32. So I've succeeded in respecting the limits, so far, but not in accomplishing everything, yet. |
