                     Week 4 of 4 
							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Eat only fruit and raw vegetables for the month of March.  This commitment will be the same as Feb. 2013 except that I can also eat legumes for protein even if they are cooked (still no nuts).  Also, Saturday dinner through Sunday dinner is free eat time (I can eat whatever I want (still have to limit sugar intake)).
