							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Only eat fruit and raw vegetables during the Month of February 2013 (no nuts).  The only exception to this is that I can eat whatever I want on 2/2 and 2/3 and also on 2/14 and 2/21.  So other than my birthday and the day after and Valentine's Day and Mom's birthday I must stick to this eating regimen for the entire month of February 2013.  I can also drink water, soy milk, 100% juice (fruit and/or vegetable), tea (also coffee or 5 hour energy as needed for driving).
