| I had 4 good gym workouts and 1 decent in-house Friday due to a very fluid schedule including a visit from the Reef man!!! Looking forward to 5 good workouts this week and FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY doing an alternate workout class...spin, yoga or other. | |

| 5th workout was cursory/at home, but I also walked/biked a total of several miles around DC/ARL so I'm OK with that. Yoga soon, high intensity class this eve! | |
